Shipping

All orders are shipped from Austria to countries within the European Union. Please note that it takes around 3 business days to process and dispatch your order, unless the product is marked as "made to order". Made to order items may take longer to dispatch as they are produced specifically for you. 

Shipping time differs depending on the country of destination and on average takes between 2 and 6 business days. This time window is not a guarantee but rather an estimate and can be affected by seasonal delays, technical problems and other disruptions on the shipping carrier side. 

Shipping prices differ between the countries and are calculated at the checkout. Shipping is free of charge within Austria.

Tracking

If you have selected tracked delivery as your shipping method, after your order has been dispatched you will receive a number and a link to track the status of your shipment.
