Refund policy

Returns 

Returns on all items that are not custom orders are accepted and can be requested within 14 days after the order has been delivered. Please note that the customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs of the order.

Only items that have not been used and are in original condition, with intact packaging, labels and tags can be returned. 

Refunds

If your return has been accepted, you will receive a refund amounting to the total price paid for the returned item(s) via the payment method used when placing the order. No refund will be issued if the returned items are in used or damaged condition.
